Ben Friesen continues the series “Questions We All Have.” Questions on Violence looks at violent stories in the Bible, specifically at Joshua 6:15-27, and examines how we should deal with violent texts in the Old Testament. There were technical difficulties with the recording from Sunday morning, so Ben recorded this on Monday
Ben Friesen opens the series of “Questions We All Have” by talking about the beginning of the world. In the Beginning looks at two views of how the world began, and looking at what we can learn from Genesis 1:1-5.
Come join us for a candlelight Christmas Eve service, 5:00 PM on December 24.

Ben Friesen joined the Cornerstone family in September 2017. Originally from Oklahoma, Ben moved to California in 2013 to pursue a seminary education and met his wife, Caitlin, at North Fresno Mennonite Brethren Church. They married in 2016 and are excited about this new adventure God has laid out for them. Ben enjoys cycling, disc golf, and watching movies (and will rarely say no to a combination of peanut butter and chocolate). Ben earned his Master of Divinity from Fresno Pacific Biblical Seminary and is passionate about making the Christian faith relevant to our world.
